Lemon essential oil is a valuable ally for facilitating digestion. It acts as a mild antiseptic, promotes a cheerful mind, and is suitable for mental fatigue. It is mixed into homemade anti-cellulite cosmetics, for example, with rosemary essential oils. It is also used as an antispasmodic and for fragile individuals to relieve respiratory problems. In case of necessary use in children or other persons with possible contraindications, adhere to a maximum dosage of 1%. This means a maximum of 3 drops per 10 ml (tablespoon) of carrier oil. In a diffuser, for children, adhere to the recommended diffusion time of 30 minutes. One to two drops are sufficient. In this dosage, it is also suitable for morning sickness (in the first three months, the use of hydrolat is recommended).

Not suitable for: May interact with blood-thinning medications. As a precautionary measure, not suitable until the end of the third month of pregnancy, or for children under three years of age. Photosensitivity must be observed, do not expose skin to direct sunlight for at least eight hours after application to the skin. May cause skin irritation or an allergic reaction. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY.
Warning: Never use undiluted essential oils. Do not take internally. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
